We are pleased to be able to offer our integrated community solution, the new Community-Box CSI, to you.
After approximately one year of development work, the new platform is now available to our clients.
The Community-Box CSI combines the elements
- Community
- Surveys
- Ideation Contests
under one roof. Apart from those three elements, new graphic functions for designing the community are also available to the community operator in form of a new layout. As before, the community can be hosted on our own servers, on client’s servers, or on servers of our partners. Especially in an enterprise environment with availabilities of above 99,9% and 24/7 support, our partners will gladly assist.
For the Community-Box CSI, being an open source solution, no license costs will accrue either. The costs for ongoing operation are determined by hosting and maintenance & support.
